As time flows forever on,
Not even you can see my tears
Through these chains my cries
Begin to slowly die
The days slow but never stop
Though I try to reach,
I'm being slowly choked
By the words I never spoke
As the clock ticks forever on,
Chains loosen but never break
Burning through, the dream I've lost
Shatters in my heart, but at what cost?
As the chains loosen one by one,
The hope I thought had faded
I find in you again
As these days begin to end
As time flows forever on,
This divided eternity melts away
Now I'm running towards the you
I see at the beginning, familiar yet new

The machine in the background represents the flow of time. With the control box leaking steam, it seems to be half-broken. There are two dials, the top one representing how fast time feels, which, near minimum, doesn't feel fast at all. The bottom one represents time in general, as an analog 12-hour display. Lilia and I chained up represents everything holding us back from being together physically. Us being nearly naked due to our clothes being torn up so much represents how long the feeling has been going on. The gears of the machine are verrrry slowwwwwly loosening the chains as time slowly passes. But the heart and the lines that bind and pull us together represents our love and hope. The multiple exhaust pipes belching flames shows how our love is far more powerful than the machine in the background, and eventually it'll break our chains. I remember a time when those chains gave in and we were once together.... but the machine fixed itself quickly... or something... Watching that nearly-broken control box gives me hope for another breakdown.
