History: Florence was born within a group of Shaymin during the constant travels to new Gracidia fields. He didn't get much attention from his parents, but the things they taught him most are manners. Ever since he was a little boy, he always dressed nicely, was polite to everyone, and generally a sweet, caring person. He can also be rather energetic because he was constantly in motion with his group of Shaymin on their frequent trips. But, there are also some times where he can be shy, especially around girls.

Throughout his life he's always wanted to fly as high as he could into the sky. During the day, he'd go straight up through the clouds until he got sunburned, and during the night, until the moon looked bigger, then letting himself fall back down to the Earth, catching himself at the ground. He is always curious about what is beyond the ground. He'll even read about legendary places in the sky, which ranged from castles, whole landforms, and even cities. It was not long until he wanted to find one of those for himself.

One night, he was flying by himself, but he was far too exhausted to be flying so late. He kept dozing off while airborne. Because of this, he wanted to avoid falling to the ground by flying straight up one more time. As he glided across the sky, he fall sound asleep and entered a cloud, but this time, he didn't come out of the other side.

When he woke up, he couldn't believe his eyes. A city in the sky. Exactly what he was looking for. He decided to stay around and navigate through the sleeping city. Maybe this was the place he was meant to be in.
